The role is to operate, service, maintain, repair and carry out fitter support duties on/for Road Rail Plant Vehicles (RRV’s) to a required standard both depot based at our premises and on the nationally and or internationally rail infrastructures in addition to other reasonable duties to support the maintenance manager This will involve working a rostered schedule and will include days, nights and weekend working. Due to the nature of the safety critical work a medical & a drugs and alcohol test is required.
Requirement – Recognised UK qualifications in service and repair of HGV, HGV Class 2, additional training will be provided.
Desirable – HGV class 1
